Today’s guest is Melanie Finnegan. She’s an expert in tax lien certificate investments and the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Tax Lien Wealth Solutions. Her journey in tax lien investing started at the ground level.
As a single mother with no college degree, she applied for a position in marketing at a local business in her small town that handled tax lien certificates. But, her personality and confidence caused the business owners to offer her a position as a portfolio manager instead. This was the path that led to her becoming an expert in the field and eventually led her to start her own business.
